Aviva - Pride: Case study

The challenge

As a celebration of LGBT culture and values, the Pride events across the UK are some of the biggest in the world. Aviva are proud sponsors of Pride and, as such, they asked us to help design their presence in London and beyond for the 3rd year running. This year it was a celebration of the Pride Jubilee – honouring 50 years since Stonewall.

The solution

The brief was met with a crown of balloons sat proudly on Aviva Pride’s iconic Red Route master. The theme flowed through the bus with branded window decals, highlighting Aviva’s slogan #OUTsurance. This year we met a request to produce a 10m x 3m crowd flag which has since been on tour as far as Milan Pride and continues to generate publicity at every procession it attends.

The outcome

This year saw a crack-down on double decker buses at London Pride, so our concept had to be extra special. Aviva were one of a handful of designs to be accepted and we delivered 100% on the day. The client was extremely pleased with their representation at the event and has received positive feedback from their peers and the public. Pb – Proud to be part of Pride!
